11. Termination and Cancellation of Accounts
11.1 Either Glomerular Disease Study and Trial Consortium (GlomCon) or you may terminate your account. If we terminate your account, we will notify you by email and explain the termination. Notwithstanding the previous, We reserve the right to terminate without giving reasons.
11.2 If we terminate, we will cancel your account, any current or pending orders or payments on your account, and the provision of services will not commence.
12. Services, Pricing, and Availability

13.3 If we do not accept your order, no payment will be taken. In any event, GlomCon will refund any sums paid by you about that order within 14 calendar days.
13.4 Payment for the services is accepted via your chosen payment method.
Additional terms and conditions may apply to the provision of certain services. Therefore, you will be asked to read and confirm your acceptance of such terms and conditions when completing your order.
